Modular campaign assets generated at scale across formats and markets, produced and managed through a single motion and design system.

The Challenge

Ooni scaled global product launches from 2021 to 2025. A single campaign required hundreds of deliverables across paid, social, and retail placements. Each campaign needed 10-20 size versions and 5-6 language edits.

The Diagnosis

Ooni's pace and scale meant work was happening across multiple fronts at once, from campaign films to product content and social assets. A traditional edit-per-asset workflow could not support the volume or localisation demands of ongoing global launches. Delivering consistently at pace required both hands-on execution and a repeatable approach that could scale across formats and languages without breaking brand consistency.

The Prescription

I took ownership of day-to-day motion delivery across campaigns and launches, while replacing one-off edits with a modular motion system where scale demanded it. This allowed a single campaign edit to generate seven size variants and five to seven language versions, supporting high-volume delivery across markets without rebuilding assets each time.

Execution

Hands-on delivery across multiple global campaign launches, producing motion films, social cutdowns, and supporting design and illustration assets. Work supported Karu 12G, Karu 16, and Volt launches, with assets localised across the UK, US, Canada, and key European markets.

Motion graphics film created to articulate and reinforce Ooni's brand values as part of the wider campaign system.

Campaign film adapted for paid and owned placements, designed to sit consistently alongside product and launch content.
